COCKTAIL RECIPE

MAKE YOUR OWN GINGER HIGHBALL

2 oz Spirit of Choice

(Vodka, Bourbon, Scotch, Rye or Tequila)

1/2 oz of Lime Juice

3/4 oz Ginger Syrup

3-4 oz Soda Water

Directions: Fill glass with crushed ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Cheers!

LED BY KEVIN LEE, THE DRINKS ARE CRAFTED WITH AMAROS, BITTERS AND LIQUEURS MADE IN HOUSE USING SEASONAL PRODUCE. WE’RE PARTIAL TO THE KOREAN PEAR WITH APRICOT, WHICH PAIRS MEZCAL AND RUM WITH SWEET VERMOUTH, APRICOT LIQUEUR AND FRESH KOREAN PEAR. THEIR OLD FASHIONED LIST IS NOT TO BE MISSED EITHER.
